If the merchandise to be returned is damaged, missing parts or pieces or otherwise defective you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for a similar item. After sending back a defective product you will be reimbursed for your cost of returning the item. If your item is missing pieces and you do not wish to return the item then we may be able to simply mail the missing pieces to you.
If you wish to return other merchandise which is not damaged or defective you may still do so for a refund, however, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping cost of returning the item nor will you be reimbursed for the original cost of shipping the item.
When returning an item please include a note explaining why the item is being returned and whether you would like to exchange the item or would like a refund, and who the refund should be made out to. As well as your address and contact information.
