How to Order
You can order here at our online store or you can order through the mail with our Order Blank available in PDF format.

Payment:
For online ordering we accept Pay-Pal or a credit card payment made through Pay-Pay, (you do not require a Pay-Pal account for this type of credit card payment.

For mail order we accept check or money order. Please make check or money order payable to TailSpin Aviation and send your order to:

Shipping
We use two different methods of calculating shipping. For online orders shipping fees are based on the total weight of your items. Our website will use this information to calculate actual shipping.
For mail orders we use a simpler method. Shipping for mail orders is based on the total cost of the order. The shipping cost is then calculated from a chart located on the order blank.
We work hard to make sure both our shipping methods are fair and equal. The two methods will usually vary by only a few cents.  

Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Used items are NOT returnable

Before returning an item contact us to see if we can remedy the problem.

If the merchandise to be returned is damaged, missing parts or pieces or otherwise defective you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for a similar item.  After sending back a defective product you will be reimbursed for your cost of returning the item. If your item is missing pieces and you do not wish to return the item then we may be able to simply mail the missing pieces to you.

If you wish to return other merchandise which is not damaged or defective you may still do so for a refund, however, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping cost of returning the item nor will you be reimbursed for the original cost of shipping the item.

When returning an item please include a note explaining why the item is being returned and whether you would like to exchange the item or would like a refund, and who the refund should be made out to. As well as your address and contact information.
